Analysis (40%) Specific answers with correct analysis and no major omissions or errors. Reasonable answers either incomplete or with some errors. Somewhat vague answers that are incomplete, unsupported, or contain errors. Weak, incomplete, or answers that contain significant errors. Vague ramblings with no specific answers or major errors.
Economics data and analysis (20%) Effectively uses data and sound economics to support the analysis. Limited but reasonable data, correct but possibly incomplete analysis or some errors. Limited data or limited documentation with somewhat vague, incorrect, or missing analysis. Limited data, limited documentation, or missing or incorrect analysis. Missing data, missing documentation, missing or largely incorrect analysis.
Statistics content and interpretation (10%) Legitimate and correct statistical analysis with accurate and complete interpretations. Originality (20%) Work is unique and creative. Analysis and solutions are largely mechanical but are individual. Several other people had the same solution and analysis. Comments are similar to those from many other people. Work is largely a copy of existing work or work from other people.
